By commissioning a private jet circumnavigation or superyacht charter through WanderLuxe Atelier Inc., client parties enter into a binding charter charter agreement. All deposit funds ($125,000+ per seat) are held in segregated client trust accounts with top-tier financial institutions in London and New York until completion of individual tour milestones.
Final passenger counts and suite assignments must be confirmed in writing no later than 90 days prior to scheduled aircraft departure.
WanderLuxe acts as an executive charter brokerage and travel design atelier. Actual air transportation is provided by direct air carriers holding FAA Part 121 or Part 135 certificates (or international civil aviation equivalents) audited under ARGUS Platinum and Wyvern Wingman standards. Carriers maintain sole operational control and safety discretion over all flight maneuvers.
In the event of unpredicted geopolitical instability, volcanic ash eruptions, severe meteorological occurrences, or sovereign air space closures, WanderLuxe’s senior aviation dispatch desk reserves the right to reroute the private VIP Boeing 757 to equivalent 5-star sanctuaries without incurring financial penalty.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be settled exclusively by confidential arbitration in London, United Kingdom under the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The language of arbitration shall be English.
